Working Out Loud

There is a stigma around talking to yourself, but it's not weird or crazy.

If you understand and process information better when you hear it, you might find yourself at a loss when working alone. What made sense in the lecture or discussion now falls flat as you read it or look at diagrams and pictures. Writing or working math problems seems slow in the silence.

Your voice might be your super power. Sound could be the best way for you to process information. So work out loud. Keep yourself company. Explain things to yourself. Add kindness, enthusiasm, and curiosity. Stir. Now you're getting somewhere.
